select the "subscribe to save" option on any eligible product
On any eligible product or bundle on the site, you'll see an option to "Subscribe." This automatically enrolls you in the autoship program. Select that option, and you'll have the option to choose how often you get your shipment...
choose your frequency & "subscribe"
You can choose to receive your product(s) every 30 or 60 days - it's completely up to you. After you've selected your frequency, simply click the Subscribe button and complete your checkout. We'll do the rest and make sure you get your products on time, every time.
how to manage your subscription
step one
Login to your account. After you login, you'll see the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page, select here to view active subscriptions.

Selecting "Edit" will take you to the subscription page where you can change the frequency, next charge date or address with ease. Skipping will skip the order and swapping will allow you to choose another product.

From the "Edit" page is where you can make any changes at any time. If you need help with anything or have any questions, we're always available to help.

Do I save 10% off every order or just the first month?
Your 10% discount stays with you for every order the entire time you're subscribed to the product of your choice.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Yes, of course! When you login to your account and click "Manage My Subscriptions", there is a button called "Add Products" which allows you to add another product to your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you may pause or cancel your subscription after a 2 order minimum has been reached, to cancel please email us directly. If you login into your account and click on the Manage My Subscriptions link, you'll see all your options. You can pause the subscription or change your billing cycles. What if I want to change the frequency of my subscriptions?
You can adjust the frequency of your subscriptions any time you want. Remember you can always cancel whenever you feel you need to. So if you want to pause for a month, you can always do that in your account. You can also email Customer Care at info@prometaboliccompany.com. We are happy to help!
